Why have I not received confirmation of my order?Updated 2 months ago

There are a few reasons why you may not have received a confirmation after placing an order:

  1.  It may be that your email address has a typo; please check that your email address has been entered correctly.
  2.  The confirmation may have gone into your junk/spam folder. Please check there for your confirmation, particularly for Hotmail and Live accounts.
  3.  Alternatively, there may have been an error submitting the order. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible.
