The item I ordered is faulty. What do I do?Updated 21 days ago

If your order is damaged or faulty upon delivery please let our customer service team know via email within three days of receiving your order.

Please include your order details such as name, order number and a description of the fault. If you are able, also send images showing the area of concern.

The simplest way to notify us of a faulty or incorrect item is to reply to your order confirmation email, this will reach us at our customer service email address [email protected]

The customer service team will advise how to proceed with returning the faulty or damaged goods as quickly as possible.
