All orders placed on birkenstock.com.au are shipped inside a reusable box, below are some instructions on how to reuse the box and minimise waste.

Step 1: Lift and move the right hand portion of the box in a twisting motion, the long edge should lay above the middle of the main portion.

Step 2: If you are shipping a smaller item, tabs can be used to fill gaps, this will help avoid movement once the sides are folded down.

Step 3: One the boxed is all folded, you can use a single piece of tape to hold it all closed.

Step 4: Before sending your return, be sure to clearly write your order number on the top of the box.
