When your order dispatches, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the tracking page of the respective courier company’s website. There you can enter the tracking number and check the status of your order. If you have not received your shipping confirmation email (or your order confirmation email) within 2 working days of placing your order (items are not shipped on weekends or public holidays and may take extra days to dispatch during the holiday period), check your junk folder and filtered inbox folders first.
