Return Process

1. For change of mind or size returns, please use our return portal. Enter your Order ID number and the email or postcode used for the order to start the return process. Choose your return outcome, refund or credit. For items received as a gift you will be offered a credit note.

2. Once you have lodged a return request a return confirmation email will be sent with a link to an Australia Post return portal where you can purchase a shipping label at a flat rate of $14.95.

3. Print the label or take the code to the post office to be scanned and printed for you. Affix to the reusable shipping box and post.

We are not able to facilitate exchanges. On receipt of your return, we can offer a full refund or a credit note.

Online orders cannot be returned to physical stores and stockists and must be posted back to us.
