Order confirmation and shipping updates are sent via email, if you have not received any notification via email please check your junk, spam, or filtered promotions folders before contacting customer service. For status updates, log into your account and check your ‘Order History’. Located towards the right side of table is the ‘Status’. This will indicate confirmed, cancelled, shipped, returned, refunded or on hold. If you are not a registered user you can email for assistance.
