Do you offer fitting assistance?Updated 9 months ago
Yes! We offer fitting and sizing assistance, all online customer service staff have had hands-on fitting experience in our boutiques. For your convenience, we have a step-by-step measuring and fitting guide as well as a size calculator: Sizing and fit guide
We also have a sizing chart, which offers a summery and linked measurements to products available in that size.
Please note, all these measurement guides have been created to guide only. The calculator can only compute sizes and cannot take into consideration the many nuances in shape that occur in human feet naturally. As a measurement calculator, it is great for an overall guide to determine size and fit but calculations may not always suit.
Below is our video guide on how to find the right fit through measurements followed by some key points around fitment.
OPTIMUM SPACE AT THE HEEL AND TOES
There should be a space of approx. 10 mm between the toes and the footbed edge.
If your toes touch the edge of the footbed or if they jut out over it, the sandal is too small. If there’s too much space at the toes and the heel, the sandal is too big. Or you find that the balls of the feet or the toes jut out over the edge at the sides, the sandal is too narrow.
OPTIMUM FIT OF THE STRAPS
Adjust the lower strap so that there is space of approx. 5 mm between the strap and the arch of the foot. There should be space of approx. 10 mm between the upper strap and the arch of the foot.
ADJUST THE STRAPS
Walk a few steps. Should the straps be too tight or too loose, readjust them. The straps at the left and at the right foot do not necessarily have to be adjusted the same way. Check your straps again after a few days, as the upper can stretch a little over time.
Our recommendation: don’t wear new sandals longer than a few hours at a time to break them in slowly.
